Weyburn Tourism opened its River Park Sparkles displays to the public as of Friday, and it will be on every evening at 5:30 p.m. until Jan. 7, 2024. RIver Park is open for motorists or pedestrians free of charge, with displays by businesses and organizations throughout the park. A number of the displays were part of the Parade of Lights held on Thursday evening.

The ambassador of France, Michel Miraillet, paid a visit to the Nexans plant in Weyburn on Wednesday, along with Weyburn-Big Muddy СÀ¶ÊÓƵ Dustin Duncan.

The Weyburn Chamber of Commerce held its annual Parade of Lights on Thursday evening, and the winners were, for Business: Nexans Canada Inc; and for Organizations, Weyburn Agriculture Society.

The Weyburn Chamber of Commerce hosted their annual Parade of Lights on Thursday evening, with dozens of brightly-lit floats going through the downtown core with a light rain falling. There were many community groups, businesses and sports teams which had floats in this year's parade.

The entries for the People’s Choice exhibition will be on display in the Weyburn Art Gallery from Jan. 5 to March 22.

The Weyburn Kin Club will bring in a coach bus for the tour, and cars can line up and follow the bus as it goes around the city.
