Dr. Alexander Arthur has been practicing in Estevan since the summer of 2022.

The project, called СÀ¶ÊÓƵeast Youth for Change, is led by the Settlement Workers in Schools (SWIS) program and Transitions, operating under the umbrella of СÀ¶ÊÓƵeast Newcomer Services.

The event will kick off at 8 a.m. on Oct. 18 and run until the following evening at 6 p.m. at the Estevan Royal Canadian Legion. This year's theme is You Are the Community.
