Regina launches City Centre Incentive Program with up to $50K in grants

REGINA — A new incentive program is offering financial support for business tenants and property owners.

On Wednesday, the  City of Regina officially launched the City Centre Incentive Program.

This program offers upwards of $50,000 for matching grants and property tax exemptions for up to five years.

The money supports a range of eligible projects, from storefront improvements, tenant fit-ups, and development of vacant lots.

Applications for this year opened on Wednesday and will be accepted until Aug. 20, 2025.

The city said this program supports its strategy for economic growth, sustainability, and creating a more active city centre.
