Officers with the Saskatchewan RCMP Meadow Lake Crime Reduction Team seized approximately 29 grams of methamphetamine during a traffic stop.

Cut Knife RCMP spent May long weekend at Atton's Lake issuing tickets for loud partying, underage alcohol consumption and more.

As a precaution, nearby businesses have been evacuated, while local schools and day cares have activated their hold and secure protocols.

Bredenbury Fire Department, EMS and STARS assisted at the scene.

RPS reminds the public to bring forward any information that could lead to a break in an investigation – no matter how insignificant the detail might seem. 

The vehicle, described as a red Dodge truck, was pulled over for a routine traffic stop initiated by a Community Safety Officer.

Clayton Fontaine has been located safe. The investigation continues, RCMP said.

Estevan police also investigating theft, mischief and more.

Lavallee was 32 years old at the time of his homicide.

Ringo Charles has been located and found to be safe, PA police said Wednesday morning.
