Emergency crews responded to the incident in the early afternoon on June 5.

Nipawin/Smeaton RCMP received a report of a small fire in the ditch beside Highway 55, near the turnoff to Snowdon.

Police were dispatched to the 2000 block of 15th Avenue East for a report of a male breaking into a house, which led to an assault and a stolen vehicle as well.

A black Dodge truck kept Cut Knife members on the go with numerous calls regarding theft, mischief and driving erratically.

Some inmates at Pine Grove Correctional Centre for women and Regina Correctional Centre for men are participating in tray refusals, confirmed Saskatchewan Ministry of Corrections, Policing and Public Safety.
