Congratulations to Nicole and Dustin Godfrey on the birth of their daughter, Myka Mary Grace Godfrey. Myka was born on May 4, 2012 at 10:04 am at the Regina General Hospital. She weighed 7 pounds 13 oz. A little sister for Deklan.

A baby shower for Abigail Patzwald, daughter of Kendra & Ed Patzwald, of Moosomin, was held in the Busy Bees Center at 2 p.m. It was nice to have both grandmothers Margaret Nicholson and Verna Patzwald and great grandma Peggy Gill in attendance.

Congratulations to Fred & Amanda Skorobohach of Yorkton, SK on the safe arrival of their son, Nicholas Theodore, on Mon., March 12, 2012. He is a little brother for Celina, Lilianna, Isebella, Thomas, and Napoleon.

The monthly community birthday party was held as usual on the fourth Wednesday of April. First, those that had gathered played games and cards which were followed by a lovely lunch and, of course, birthday cake.
