ESTEVAN — A new business in Estevan celebrated its grand opening on July 4.
PhilMart is located in the former Peavey Mart location at the Estevan Market Mall. The business offers a wide selection of surplus items that haven't been available in Estevan previously, and no membership is required.
The grand opening featured a ribbon cutting and in-store specials and promotion will continue through July 6.
The business has been open since June 11.
