Two men charged after Saskatoon drug trafficking bust

A two-month police investigation led to the arrest of two men and the seizure of drugs, cash and phones in Saskatoon on April 16.

Drugs, cash, cellphones and paraphernalia seized by Saskatoon police following a two-month drug trafficking investigation.

SASKATOON – Two men are facing drug trafficking charges following a two-month investigation by the Saskatoon Police Service Drug Unit.

A 23 year old and a 20 year old were arrested on April 16 following a traffic stop in the 100 block of Willis Crescent. The arrests marked the conclusion of a lengthy police investigation.

Search warrants were subsequently executed at residences in the 200 block of Willis Crescent and the 200 block of Barrett Street. Police say they seized:

  • 140 grams of cocaine

  • 307 dilaudid pills

  • 116 percocet pills

  • $1,715 in cash

  • Multiple cell phones

  • Drug trafficking paraphernalia

Both men have been charged with a number of offences related to drug trafficking.
