SASKATOON - One man was arrested and charged following an altercation over the weekend.
At 1:30 a.m., May 18, patrol officers were dispatched to a hotel in the 700 block of Idylwyld North for a report of a stabbing. Upon arrival, a 53-year-old man was suffering from serious, non-life threatening injuries. He was transported to hospital. Two suspects were arrested from a separate suite in the hotel.
A 40-year-old woman was later released without charges, but a 43-year-old man was transported to Saskatoon Police Service (SPS) Detention. He is charged with aggravated assault.
