REGINA – A third person charged in connection with the death of Christopher Seaton has been remanded in custody.

Larry Windigo, 42, is facing a charge of accessory after the fact to murder. He appeared in Regina Provincial Court and is scheduled to return on May 20.

The charge stems from the April 10 killing of 42-year-old Seaton, who was found injured in a home in the 400 block of East College Avenue shortly after midnight. Police were called to the scene at around 12:20 a.m. and attempted life-saving measures when they arrived. EMS later declared Seaton deceased. His death was Regina’s second homicide of 2025.

Two others also face charges in connection to Seaton’s murder.

James Dubois, 36, of Regina, is charged with first-degree murder. He was arrested April 10 in Davidson during a coordinated effort involving RCMP, Regina Police Service patrol officers, SWAT, Canine Units, and the RPS Aerial Support Unit. Dubois remains in custody and is scheduled to appear in court again on May 22.

A third individual, Alexandra Dubois, 38, also of Regina, was arrested a week later on April 17. She faces a charge of accessory after the fact to murder and is currently out of custody. Her next court appearance is set for May 26.
