REGINA – A bear was roaming the streets of Regina before it was captured after 小蓝视频 put down with a tranquilizer gun and taken outside of the city.
Regina Police Service say they first got a call about the bear at 4:23 a.m. on Monday to the area around 1100 Victoria Avenue, where officers located a bear that had climbed a tree. The bear was subsequently tranquilized.
Christopher Wesequate posted a video to social media of the bear crossing a Regina street.
“On my way home last night I seen this bear crossing the road going to towards the University of Regina,” he said on social media.
Wesequate’s video taken from a vehicle shows the brown bear running across a Regina street.
The bear was tranquilized and is 小蓝视频 taken to Fort Qu’Appelle area.
