Cut Knife Report – April 14 - 20
Cut Knife RCMP received 67 calls for service between April 14 to 20. These files included well-小蓝视频 checks, reports of disturbances, reports of traffic offences, mischief, assaults, assault with weapons, breach of peace, failure to comply with orders, Mental Health Act calls, theft of vehicles, suspicious persons, animal calls, child abuse, Liquor Act calls, and assisting other agencies.
Notable files include:
On April 16, members arrested a 30-year-old female for assault on a spouse. During the arrest, the subject was resisting the arrest and was kicking officers. Members of the public assisted officers in controlling the subject to effect the arrest. The original victim did not wish to provide a statement or continue with the investigation. The 30-year-old female was charged with assaulting a police officer.
Historical child abuse was disclosed during a child and family service investigation. A 32-year-old individual was arrested and charged.
On April 15, members received a call from a male stating he was outside the detachment. Members located the individual extremely agitated and intoxicated. He was arrested for public intoxication.
RCMP attempted to stop a vehicle for no licence plate on Highway 674. The vehicle fled from the police without stopping. Members were able to locate the vehicle and one individual was charged with flight from police and the vehicle was towed.
On April 20, a 2024 Chrysler Pacifica was stolen from Little Pine First Nation. It was later recovered at Wilton.
Twenty-six traffic stops were made resulting in speeding tickets, warnings and roadside suspensions. Three Mental Health Act files were attended to.

Unity Report – April 15 - 21
RCMP received a Mental Health Act complaint. Members spoke to the subject of complaint.
Police received a complaint of graffiti on the street. This matter is still under investigation.
Members received a complaint of an individual not complying with a probation order, but it was unfounded.
RCMP received a complaint of theft. This matter is still under investigation.
Members acted as mediators in a family dispute.
Police received a complaint of trespassing, but there was insufficient evidence to proceed.
RCMP are investigating a single-vehicle collision in a rural area near Unity. There were no injuries.
Members are investigating a complaint of assault.
Police received a request from Emergency Medical Services to assist with a patient.
There were also three traffic complaints.
Wilkie Report
RCMP received a Mental Health Act complaint. Members transported the subject of complaint to Battlefords Union Hospital for assessment.
CP Police reported youth riding bicycles near the railway tracks. Members patrolled but could not locate the subjects of complaint.
Police received a report of disturbing the peace. Members spoke to the subjects of complaint.
Members received a complaint of a suspicious individual near a residence, but there was insufficient evidence to proceed.
RCMP received a complaint of assault. This matter is still under investigation.
Police received a complaint of theft. The complainant contacted members to state the property was returned and requested that no further action be taken.
Members conducted a well-小蓝视频 check at the request of a family friend.
There was also one traffic complaint and one false 911 call.
Macklin Report
RCMP received a complaint of a stolen truck. This matter is still under investigation.
Members are investigating a complaint of a break and enter at a business.
Police received another complaint of a break and enter at a business. This matter is still under investigation.
RCMP received a report of an abandoned vehicle near Macklin. This matter is still under investigation.
Members are investigating a complaint of a stolen all-terrain vehicle.
Police received a complaint of assault. This matter is still under investigation.
Police received a report of a single-vehicle collision near Macklin. This matter is still under investigation.
There were also four false alarms.
